By highway: exit “Brescia centro”, follow signs for “centro”, and reach the city centre (parking Piazza Vittoria or Fossa Bagni, more information at https://www.bresciamobilita.it/en)
By train: get off at Brescia station, take the subway from the “Stazione” stop in “Prealpino” direction, get off at stops “Vittoria” or “San Faustino”
By plane: the closest airports are Verona Valerio Catullo and Bergamo Orio al Serio

Where to eat, what to do, and how to get around

The ease of being in the city center: everything is just a stone’s throw and a few steps away from apartments San Giorgio 9, located in a quiet street from which you can easily get to all the sights and points of interest of the city in just a few minutes. All services, such as public indoor parking lots, supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants and public
transport, are available within the area.

How it works

Check-in & check-out online

All of our apartments have home automation systems integrated: check-in and check-out are digital, with no need for a reception area or concierge.
Once booking is finalized, the guest can carry out all the necessary formalities, as well as payment, remotely.
At the end of the procedure, they will get a code to input on the access keypad, which will allow them to enter the building and their chosen apartment.

A stay in one of our flats is a great alternative to more traditional types of stays thanks to the possibility of short-term rentals, from a minimum of one night up to a maximum of one year.

All of our prices include utilities, internet connection, condominium fees, and garbage tax.
Depending on the guest’s needs, and for stays longer than 29 days a monthly tariff can be applied.
No agency fees.

Relax area

Before going up to the flats, our guests can relax in a cozy common area after a hard day of work or a long day spent discovering the city.

Water point

Refill whenever you like at our Water Point. To drink filtered and purified water, at room temperature or refrigerated, without generating plastic waste. Respecting the environment!

Washer and dryer area

A washing machine and dryer are available in the common area for a small fee. You can pay with cash or by credit card, through an app on your smartphone.
